| The Directors have been fortunate to have worked on a great variety of older protected buildings over the course of their combined 30-year experience. Again, this is a particular service that is well suited to the knowledge and skills of Chartered Building Surveyors, who traditionally specialised mainly in the maintenance and repair of existing buildings. |

| Using experience and a working knowledge of building conservation and
restoration practice we are able to provide surveys, design, project
management, maintenance and specific advice on repair and maintenance
issues, and we are familiar with best practice and methodology in
this type of work. |

| We have worked alongside organisations and agencies such as English Heritage, National Heritage Lottery, CADW, Local Authority Conservation Officers and Archaeologists and have provided assistance in initial feasibility studies and grant-aided funding for schemes nationally. |
