| These can be 'one-off' inspections for a specific defect, such as damp ingress, cracking and subsidence or a fully detailed appraisal of a building where 'deleterious' materials are known to be located. |

| This would involve co-ordination of other specialist engineers or contractors and include material sampling, analysis and identification of materials known to be hazardous to health, such as asbestos, lead, high alumina cement etc. |

| Following an inspection a full report will be provided outlining the findings and making recommendations for removal or otherwise. The report will make full reference to any statutory legislation or guidance on the particular material and its effect on the buildings owners or occupants. |
