Nicholls Partnership is able to fully understand the many and varied stages and complexities of a building project. We are therefore able to provide an independent service to a client that takes account of the time, cost, quality and perceived risks that are all critical factors to the success of a building project or the client's business plan. Project Management of the overall scheme and co-ordination of other professionals such as Architects, Engineers and Contractors has been carried out successfully for both private and corporate clients on a variety of schemes.
Development Monitoring and Employer's Agent roles are well suited to the skills of Chartered Building Surveyors. Typical clients include prospective occupiers, banks, investment funds, private investors and pension funds. In many construction projects there is a need for a monitor to advise on and oversee construction-related risks and to protect the client's interests during the whole of the development, from inception to completion.
The key element of Nicholls Partnership's role would be that advice is given from a party that is totally independent and not associated with the development or development team.
